MLS 100 DustCAP® bars are a combination of Colloids, Sequestrants, Surfacants and Hyper-Wetting materials that, by a creative production process of formulation, becomes a super active and sprayer cleaning dust suppression solution.

MLS 100 DustCAP® is not a soap or detergent, but is an incredible dust control product for silica, coal, shale, slate and other types of dust.

Surfacant bar tests conducted in 17’ high coal where the dust conditions were normally averaging 4.1mg/m3 before using a dust control was reduced by 2.2mp/m3 to 1.9mg/m3. This is a 54% reduction in respirable dust.
